The RAV is short for ravioli and our shop is a unique culinary experience featuring handmade food, including Italian specialties to go. Meat Pies, Quiche, Stuffed Pretzel Bread, Bierocks, Lasagna, Meatballs, Sauces and of course, Ravioli head line our offerings. Unique items such as Truffles Oils and Creams, Cornichon and imported Olives are available for purchase as well as other gourmet cooking ingredients. Fresh Pretzel Bread is baked daily some of it is stuffed. Our Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger is our most popular choice.  A must try is a good old fashion beef and cabbage bun known as a Bierock. We are especially proud of our flavorful crackers made on site and the plethora of sweets, including chocolate from around the world that compliments our savory foods.
